Before returning any product from Horse-Vis you will need to complete the return form (look below) and include it with a copy of your proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) and put the form in with the package.
To receive the Refund or Exchange of the product, it must have one of the following faults:
Stitching of the Harness.
Fault with the Clips.
Problems with the materials.
Wrong product/option was sent.
Embroidery Option – Wrong Text (e.g. you wanted ‘Horses’ – it comes out ‘Hoses’)
You cannot return/exchange the product if the fault is caused by an accident:
Neglect or Misuse
Damaged in anyway of misuse, stable, or horse damage.
