Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?

Yes, then delivery is guaranteed.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

We allow 14 days for delivery due to the manufacturing of each harness individually as each harness is specific for each customer.

Do I have to pay to return my online order?

We will cover the return costs of postage if the delivered harness is damaged or faulty only.
*Personalised items ie: harnesses that have been embroidered are non-refundable again unless the item is faulty.
